Proposed NRP Phase II Plan Modification
Hello Windom Residents,

Your Windom Community Council's (WCC) is proposing a plan modification to our NRP Plan Phase II.
The WCC Board has approved the use of $25,000 from our NRP Plan Phase II of income generated from our home improvement loan program for programmatic and administrative use in 2024.
​
Funds will be used for cover programming costs associated with our neighborhood work including our outreach to renters and better serving and engaging businesses.
​
For the next 21 days, WCC will be taking and incorporating your feedback into this process.

Windom Equitable Engagement Plan
As part of our contract with the City of Minneapolis' Neighborhoods and Community Relations Department, WCC is committed to ensuring the engagement of traditionally underrepresented and underserved residents in Windom.
​
Included under these umbrella terms are the following groups who we will engage first: Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC)/New Americans (Immigrants & Refugees) and Renters.
