Board Nominations & Elections Rules 

 

Elections will be conducted the day-of (May 14th) nominations from the floor are allowed.

 

To vote or run for office, you must be present at the meeting.  

​

Eligibility for membership is defined below as any individual who is at least 18 years old and is:

​

• A resident in the neighborhood; or,

• An owner or business lessee of real estate property in the neighborhood; or,

• The designated representative of a nonprofit, educational organization in the neighborhood.

 

Windom Members planning to vote, must show proof of membership.  

 

Please bring a photo ID or a bill (utility, phone etc.) that verifies your full name and home address.

 

New Board Members will be seated at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting on June 11th.

Reglas para las nominaciones y elecciones de la Mesa Directiva WCC

​

​

Las elecciones se lleveran hacabo desde la sala el mismo día (14de mayo).

​

Para votar o postularse a un cargo, debe estar presente en la reunión.

La elegibilidad para ser miembro se define a continuación como cualquier persona mayor de 18 años que sea:

 

• Residente del vecindario; o

• Propietario o arrendatario de bienes inmuebles en el vecindario; o

• Representante designado de una organización educativa sin fines de lucro en el vecindario.

• Los miembros de Windom que planeen votar deben presentar un comprobante de membresía.

​

Por favor, traiga una identificación con foto o una factura (de servicios públicos, teléfono, etc.) que verifique su nombre completo y domicilio.

​

Los nuevos miembros de la Mesa Directiva asumirán sus funciones en la próxima reunión regular de la Junta Directiva, programada para el 11 de junio.
