Utility Box Wraps

The Windom Community Council is seeking to wrap five utility boxes in the Windom neighborhood in 2020. 

 

The goal of this program is to increase connections between local artists and the neighborhood community, beautify the neighborhood with public art and reduce graffiti.

We solicited designs from our residents and the city in 2019 and the first two boxes will be wrapped in the spring!  The first two designs are below.
