Windom Community Council - Home Improvement Loans
Program offered by the Windom Neighborhood Association. This program is designed to complement existing loan programs available from the City of Minneapolis, MHFA, CEE, private lenders and other housing resources. It is not intended to be the sole source of rehab funds available to the neighborhood.
Windom Community Council - Façade Improvement Business Matching Grant
The Windom Neighborhood Association is pleased to announce the availability of Façade Improve Matching Grants to Windom commercial properties and businesses.
Minnesota Housing Fix Up Loan
Housing fix up loan offered by the city of Minneapolis. Some examples of eligible repairs include roof replacement, siding, new windows, furnace replacement, kitchen remodel.
CEE Home Improvement Loan Program
The Home Improvement Loan program is a statewide program that was established to encourage and support the preservation of existing housing. The guidelines below are subject to change at any time without notice. Loan funds are subject to availability.
CEE Solar Financing
2.5 - 2.9 % Financing for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems that produce renewable energy for a residence and attached garage through the installation of PV solar systems, maximum size 10kW for projects $20,000 or less
Weatherization Assistance Program
The Weatherization Assistance Program provides free home energy upgrades to income-eligible homeowners and renters to help save energy and make sure your home is a healthy and safe place to live.
Water Assistance Program
The Water Assistance Program allows payment to be made towards outstanding water bill for Hennepin County residents whose income does not exceed 125% of the Federal Poverty Level (see chart below).

The Energy Conservation program helps low-income families and individuals improve the energy efficiency of their residencies, in order to lower energy bills.

Silver and Safe addresses aging-in-place to help seniors have a safe and well-maintained home. Our program promotes longevity and independent living by providing home performance solutions and active living programming.
