Windom Community Council - Home Improvement Loans

Program offered by the Windom Neighborhood Association.  This program is designed to complement existing loan programs available from the City of Minneapolis, MHFA, CEE, private lenders and other housing resources.  It is not intended to be the sole source of rehab funds available to the neighborhood.

The Windom Neighborhood Association is pleased to announce the availability of Façade Improve Matching Grants to Windom commercial properties and businesses.

Housing fix up loan offered by the city of Minneapolis.  Some examples of eligible repairs include roof replacement, siding, new windows, furnace replacement, kitchen remodel.

The City of Minneapolis is offering a 0% loan to help residents improve the energy efficiency of their homes.

2.5 - 2.9 % Financing for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems that produce renewable energy for a residence and attached garage through the installation of PV solar systems, maximum size 10kW for projects $20,000 or less
