Program offered by the Windom Neighborhood Association.  This program is designed to complement existing loan programs available from the City of Minneapolis, MHFA, CEE, private lenders and other housing resources.  It is not intended to be the sole source of rehab funds available to the neighborhood.

2.5 - 2.9 % Financing for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems that produce renewable energy for a residence and attached garage through the installation of PV solar systems, maximum size 10kW for projects $20,000 or less
